Speed and Shipping: All our orders are packed and shipped promptly 5 days a week Monday through Friday except national holidays. Orders placed online by 9 A.M. Eastern Time on any business day will be shipped that same day. Otherwise they are shipped the next day. All packages are sent Priority Shipping via US Postal Service.

Shipping Prices:  Each shipment is a flat rate of $7.00 for up to $100.00 in purchases. If you spend over $100.00 on any one order, shipping is FREE!

Packaging: Items will be shipped in Priority USPS boxes with appropriate protective material which may include styrofoam peanuts or bubble wrap.

Returns: Returns will be accepted on products purchased from Everlasting Beauty Skincare.Com only. Products purchased from any of our partners should be returned to the place of purchase. Return shipping to be paid by customer. A $15.00 restocking fee for each item will be applied towards return. Product must be returned within 14 days of original shipping date. Product must be in original packaging. Customer must have Return Authorization number
that will be provided via email.

Please notify us of your return by email to: ro@everlastingbeautyskincare.com. Please state which product you will be returning along with a reason for returning it. Also include your name, address, phone number and the online invoice number. Allow us up to 30 days to finalize your return with a credit to your credit card or your account.

We will notify you when your return has been finalized.
